Got questions? We got answers! This page explains what is included with each style of cleaning. Here are the 3 different styles we offer:
A regular cleaning is light-to-moderate and is intended to be for maintaining cleanliness. This clean includes the basics so you always come home to a neat & sparkling oasis without lifting a finger. This option includes but not limited to:

VACUUM carpet, rugs, couches

DUST sills, furniture, overhead fixtures. Light dusting of blinds

CLEAN/POLISH all furnishings & exterior of appliances (interior available upon request)

EMPTY trash cans & refill with a clean bag

TIDY up the room, couch pillows, straighten rugs/curtains, etc.

SANITIZE all eating and bathroom areas

CLEAN everything visible in bathrooms & kitchen - this includes exterior cabinetry & exterior of appliances PLUS we clean inside of microwave and sink) Extra fee for inside of fridge/oven and cabinetry

DEODORIZE and air purifier

STRIP/MAKE the bed

SWEEP/MOP all tile, hardwoods, linoleum, vinyl, LVP, etc.
We do not REQUIRE an initial deep clean at the beginning of service like other housekeeping companies, however it is highly recommended. A deep clean is a thorough clean intended to remove all the gunk & grime that houses collect over time! We call this style "The Royal Treatment" because your house will be getting treated! We will be at your house for several hours, so please allow the appropriate time. This option includes everything from a reg. clean PLUS:

REMOVING GUNK from doors, jambs, light switches, banisters, exterior cabinetry

**WIPE down baseboards & molding

HIGH DUST cobwebs/dust from walls, upper molding, and build-up on ceiling fans

WIPE off window sills and DRY dust blinds (wet washing available upon request)

REMOVE BUILDUP on grates, air vents, A/C return

SPECIAL ATTENTION to bathrooms & kitchen

Interior of appliances, cabinetry, and closets NOT included but available upon request
** Extra fee will incur for baseboards with high build-up that requires scrubbing as this requires double the amount of time to clean.
By-The-Hour cleaning is a great option for when you only need a few parts of your home cleaned. You can request the style of cleaning to be regular/light or deep. We will clean until you tell us to stop or until we finish the areas requested. Great given as a gift certificate! What better gift than to have a sparkly home? We sure can't think of anything better.

There are a few services that we do not offer due to safety and potential for further damage to the home:
- We do not offer carpet-cleaning services at this time
- No cleaning dangerously high vaulted ceilings, windows, or fixtures
- No cleaning anything outside the home, unless agreed previously
- We do not move furniture - please have furniture already moved if you need cleaning underneath
- No laundry services. Unkempt laundry that is left out will be placed into bags/laundry bins or brought to the laundry room
- No cleaning biohazards (mass human/pet excrement, medical needles, mold, etc.)
- We do not haul off excessive bags of trash or boxes - we are not a junk removal company
- No cleaning walls unless previously agreed on (cleaning solutions can damage paint)
We provide cleaning at various frequencies including bi-monthly, tri-monthly, monthly, or on an on-call basis. We offer discounted rates for our subscribers. Take advantage of the savings!
